This year sees the rollout of the tenant satisfaction survey as stipulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). All SSJ tenants ( Assured shorthold tenancies and licences) in Low-Cost-Rental Accommodation will be invited to take part. So, please look out for posters and dates. This will also be an excellent opportunity to meet you face-to-face.
