This forum has been built in light of the continuing and ongoing developments, regarding the involvement of you the Tenants / Service users, in the provision of your services using Information Technology (IT).
It has proved to be notoriously difficult to increase attendance at Focus Groups, over the last 7 years attendance peaked at only 9% of all possible attendees.
This new forum, will develop over the coming weeks and months and aims to provide a platform for communication for people who use the services of the Society of St James.
We hope to provide and equip you all with the information you need to be actively involved. This will also mean that we invite YOU to interact with the forum, presenting your ideas, views and scrutiny via a wide range of new and existing, communication and CONTACT platforms. To include: Email, Mobile, Text, Land-line, Forum Blog and Contact Form or by Letter and Face to Face contact.
