This page (Home) the About, Information and Complaints pages are open to the public. To access Housing Management, Operational Security Team and Maintenance pages you need to be an SSJ Tenant / Service User. For this you will require Login details of which you will be provided with upon request or notification.
For the Discussion Board page, you will be prompted to complete a form and choose a User Name (this is what other people will see) which should be different from your first name. Then you will be sent an Email with your Username, Password and a link from which you can log in. Very little personal information will be needed to achieve this, and what is required will be stored in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.
